KimPulse is an advertising analytics platform. It connects to advertising accounts you own or manage (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and displays performance analytics, reports, and alerts inside your dashboard.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are individually isolated — you may only connect advertising accounts you are authorized to access.
By connecting an advertising account, you authorize KimPulse to read performance data from that account on your behalf, solely to provide the service. You may disconnect any provider at any time from Settings → Integrations. Your use of each advertising platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.
You may not use KimPulse to violate any law or the terms of any connected advertising platform, to access data you are not authorized to access, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Analytics data originates from third-party advertising platforms and may be delayed or incomplete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KimPulse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for advertising decisions made on the basis of data displayed in the platform. You remain responsible for your advertising spend and campaign decisions.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by contacting kimoleg278@gmail.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
