KimPulse collects information you provide during registration (name, email, phone), advertising account identifiers you connect (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads account IDs), advertising performance data retrieved from those accounts on your behalf, and usage data to improve the platform.
When you connect your Google Ads account, KimPulse requests the Google Ads (adwords) scope together with your basic profile email. We use this access solely to read advertising performance data (campaigns, spend, clicks, impressions, conversions) from the Google Ads accounts you explicitly authorize, and to display that data back to you inside your own KimPulse dashboard. We do not create, modify, or delete campaigns without your action, and we never access Gmail, Drive, Contacts, or any other Google service.
KimPulse's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read your Google data unless you give explicit consent for support purposes, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.
When you connect your Facebook or TikTok advertising account, KimPulse accesses your advertising performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, leads) solely to display analytics within your account. We do not share this data with third parties. Your access tokens are stored securely and used only to fetch your own ad data.
Your data is used exclusively to provide the KimPulse service: displaying analytics dashboards, generating reports, and sending alerts. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties, and we do not use it to train advertising models.
All data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security — each account can only access its own data, and connected advertising accounts are isolated per user. Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest and transmitted only over HTTPS.
You can disconnect any advertising account at any time from Settings → Integrations, which immediately revokes and deletes the stored tokens for that provider. You may also revoke KimPulse's access to your Google account at any time via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request full account deletion, contact kimoleg278@gmail.com — we delete all associated data within 30 days.
